Great Weekend

I decided to go home for the weekend and it was the best decision I made! When I got home some friends and I decided to go see One for the Money. The movie was pretty good, but what made this movie experience different was how we got our picture taken in a photo booth after the movie. It was a first for me and it made our occasion more meaningful. On Saturday I went and played disc golf and played the best game and beat my old score. When Saturday night came around we all decided to go to a fundraiser for an orphanage in Peru. It was a blast! We learned how to Cha Cha, but I decided to throw in my own moves because I felt like the dance needed some more variety in it :). After about a hour and half of dancing we all decided that we would go skate. We all felt like kids again going to a skate place. The good news is that no one fell, but just had a blast roller skating. My friend has a foreign exchange student from Italy living with them right now and it was her first time to skate so that added a significance to the occasion. She did not skate very long because she was afraid of falling, but it was cool watching someone skate for the first time. I went home not expecting to have such an eventful weekend, but it turned out to be one of the best times ever. The Cha Cha dance was the best though. I did it last year, so it was awesome being apart of it again this year even though I did not know it was going to be this weekend. It was totally God who set all that up. God knows the desires of our hearts and I love serving so God provided a fun way of serving and I am so thankful.
