Blessings

It is that time in college. You know how I'm feeling. It's when you have a couple of weeks where you do work every now and then. Then comes the week where you have tests, speech preparations, and math quizzes. My hectic week has finally arrived and I will be doing work all the way through the weekend. The good news is God blessed me by having one of my best friends come up this past weekend. It was great. We talked a lot about the bible and he gave me some encouragement about this coming up week and anything else I was going through. Usually when my friends come up we go crazy. We never stop to chill. We end up going to the movies or bowling, so this weekend was different in the sense we actually just relaxed and talked. Another blessing I received was today. While i was working out I received a phone call and it was a lady from the admissions from Lipscomb. I knew I was missing some items in order to be enrolled there for some summer classes, but I have been busy so I haven't submitted them yet. Two of my missing items were my transcript and 50 dollar application fee. The lady told me I could do an unofficial  transcript and that if I did it today she would waive my 50 dollar application fee. That was such a blessing from Jesus. He knew that I had not paid my fee because I did not have the money to spend on a application fee and for a transcript transfer. God is so good. He knows what we need even if we do not tell him. I did not pray to have these blessings, but Jesus knew that I needed help and once again he hooked me up. It makes sense since he is the saviour of the world. It would have been easy to say that oh I have such good luck, but I just know Jesus was involved because when I stopped to thank him the joy and peace I felt was from the Holy Spirit.
